Founder & CTO
Hugues leads engineering and technical delivery. His experience covers software architecture, data integration and product development across public services, insurance and digital platforms.
He holds an engineering degree from the Institut national polytechnique and has a background as an entrepreneur and CTO.
Head of Design
Sylvain leads design, with experience in user research, UX and interface design. He works on the tools people use and the processes teams need to design and maintain them, including the adoption of AI tools.
He completed the Master in Global Design, Research and Innovation at the École supérieure d’arts appliqués de Condé in Paris.
Head of Product
Thibault leads product decisions and priorities. He helps organisations choose uses for AI, plan operational changes and connect technology choices to the work their teams need to do.
He holds an engineering degree from the Institut national polytechnique and has a background as a CTO and product manager.
We work with your team and bring in specialist partners when needed. We can also coach your team or help with a specific part of its work.
Your team shares real cases, arranges conversations with users and helps us understand the data and systems. We agree how to work together before starting.
Before release, we agree who will run the system and what support it needs. We can transfer it to your team or continue under an agreed scope. The handover includes documentation, access and recovery procedures.
