Led product and engineering for Beta.gouv programmes modernising complex French public services. Built multidisciplinary teams and reusable technical foundations that strengthened digital sovereignty, while setting rigorous standards for architecture, quality assurance, security, and scalability across services.

Designed data pipelines, analysis interfaces, and cartographic decision tools that made public-policy deployment visible across national and local institutions. The work also digitised grant processes—from application and assessment through budget allocation, governance oversight, and impact tracking—giving public teams a stronger basis for decisions and delivery.

Architected and delivered a digital claims intake and evaluation system for one of France’s largest insurance expertise groups. Automated assessment and safety screening supported faster handling of smaller claims, while better-structured data helped experts evaluate complex cases.

Designed real-time data-processing systems across millions of sales calls, feeding operational dashboards on web, mobile, and TV. Managers and teams gained a live view of performance, goals, and the signals requiring action.

Built a high-definition, 360-degree exploration of Dubai: a Google Street View-style experience spanning streets, building interiors, and aerial views, with zoomable detail across the city.

Delivered the platform end to end, including terabyte-scale image and data pipelines, hosting infrastructure, the public experience and interface, and the backend tools used to operate the project.
