AI adoption, software delivery and organisational change in public services and companies.

Our experience includes systems for preparing insurance claims, shared data for sales teams, and advice on AI models and infrastructure. These projects show how engineering, product and organisational decisions come together.

French Republic

The Direction interministérielle du numérique (DINUM), France’s interministerial digital directorate, sets the state’s digital strategy and coordinates its implementation.

We worked with DINUM through the beta.gouv.fr programme, combining product and engineering work. We built data pipelines, analysis interfaces and mapping tools for public-policy delivery.

The programmes also covered grant applications, assessment, budget allocation, governance follow-up and impact tracking across national and local institutions.

Urssaf

Urssaf collects and redistributes the social contributions that fund France’s social protection system.

We advise Urssaf on AI use cases, knowledge-base integration, model choices and data management. The work includes planning for internal hosting of open-source models and scenarios for the evolution of operations.

GPUs have been acquired. Model selection, data management and hosting are being planned ahead of deployment.

ADENES / Alkera

ADENES and Alkera are insurance services groups specialising in loss assessment and claims management.

We designed and built a digital claims-intake and evaluation system. It structured incoming information, automated initial assessment and checks, and routed complex cases to experts.

The system combined automated preparation of smaller claims with human review of cases that required specialist judgement.

Verizon

Verizon is a US telecommunications company providing mobile, internet and network services to individuals and businesses.

We designed real-time data systems processing sales-call activity and feeding dashboards on the web, mobile devices and shared displays. Managers could follow sales, goals and issues using the same data across these interfaces.
